My 15 Eats of 2015
2015. What a ride it has been! Thanks to all of you, what began as a fortnightly hobby of cooking for friends a couple years ago is now a fully fledged, sold-out fixture on London’s Supper Club scene. As always, I’m ever so grateful for all the encouragement and support I’ve gotten along the way from family, friends, followers and Supper Club guests out there as we continue on this journey into a life in food. It’s been such a pleasure sharing the Malaysian Nyonya flavours of my Supper Club kitchen with you all.
In spite of all the cooking that’s been going down, there’s also been some truly fabulous eating over the course of the year… from old favourites in London and Penang to the Fabadas of Asturias and the Laksas of Sarawak. In keeping with the tradition of previous years, here’s my annual round up of those 15 unforgettable dishes of 2015 from around the world…
