As 2016 draws to a close, it’s that time of the year again where I recount my top eats over the past 12 months. This year’s line up spans from favourites in London and South-East Asia to the cutting-edge cuisine of San Francisco and Stockholm. There’s phenomenal pies and pastries… Claypot Chicken Rice and Salted Egg Prawn Balls… even yuba pasta, duck cooked in ashes and home-made spam!
